Who We Are
Kru Management was formed in 2014 by a group of individuals with over 60 combined years experience working within the leisure & hospitality industries, assisting operators and business with their security & safety requirements. We bring a wealth of industry knowledge and vision when protecting high risk social spaces, helping operators create environments that allow for good times and safety, protecting their business from the very real and often life-changing incidents that just one evening can produce.
What We Do
We provide a number of security related resources including skilled SIA-licensed security professionals. Trained beyond industry standard and with proven track records of delivery in customer facing roles, our staff are required to have checkable histories of hands-on experience in front of house management, crowd control, conflict management and effective communication when engaging with the public.
Challenge 25
We require our staff to fully comply with the Challenge 25 policy, a strategy whereby anyone buying alcohol who appears to be below the age of 25, seven years above the age required to buy alcohol in the UK, can be asked to provide an acceptable form of ID.
Whilst working closely with our clients, acting as their trusted security adviser and provider and through strong planning and organization, much success has been achieved.

This service is included free of charge for existing clients. Pinnacle Responses high end body worn CCTV cameras are made available to the security prior to deployment at each venue, though must be pre-agreed and authorised firstly with the client.
